Job Overview Be the IT Owner of the KION NA SCS Spare Part Webshop, part of the Ecommerce Platform Team, following KION SAP Commerce Cloud Platform directives. You will work closely with the Business Product Owner of the Spare Part Webshop. Additionally, you will coordinate critical issues for the KION ADO Platform. Responsibilities Work in close alignment with the KION SAP Commerce Cloud Service Owner and Architect. Manage the Dematic NA Spare Part Roadmap following the Business PO and BT Global Process Owner requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify scope and budget. Work with IT Demand Management & Business Partnering and ensure processes are followed. Drive implementation of Dematic NA Backlog items, ensuring solutions fit into the KION IT Target Architecture, Processes and KION SAP Commerce Cloud solution design. React to incoming incidents for the complete platform during business hours, handling tickets following agreed processes. Support hotfixing with Development Resources in the US and Mexico. Oversee DevOps – if development resources are not available, take over development activities. Ensure operation follows the KION IT Service Operating Model; operate the platform during Americas Business Hours in collaboration with the European DevOps team. Support PRIO 1 ADO activities, coordinating with teams across MX, US, APAC, and Europe. Required Skills More than 5 years of B2B e-commerce experience, specifically with SAP Commerce Cloud. Experience implementing B2B projects in SAP Commerce Cloud. Experience with data exchange and integration using SAP CI. Knowledge of commerce features such as search, product details, personalization. Strong SAP Commerce Cloud backend development skills. Frontend development experience with Angular (SAP Spartacus) is a plus. Preferred Requirements Agile mindset (Scrum preferred). Experience working in international teams (US/MX/Europe). Technology Stack SAP Commerce Cloud Platform. Microsoft Azure knowledge is a plus. Standard SAP CC backend technologies (Java, Ant, Spring, REST). KION Development Tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, SonarQube, JUnit). Frontend tools (Angular, Typescript, Bootstrap, HTML/CSS).
