Channeling our passion for nature and bioscience into sustainable, life-enhancing technologies that power innovative solutions across healthcare, food, consumer and industrial markets.IFF in Mexico City, Mexico is seeking a Application Scientist -Dairy to join our team Located at the Punto Polanco Office in the Mexico City , IFF is a leader in industrial biotechnology, developing innovative enzymes and bioproducts that improve performance and reduce environmental impact across industries such as food cleaning, textiles, animal nutrition, grain processing, and chemicals.This is a full-time, onsite role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Develop and optimize dairy formulations aligned with industrial standards and client needs.Promote new technologies and their commercial benefits to internal and external stakeholders.Mentor junior colleagues and trainees, fostering technical growth and collaboration.Engage with management to secure resources and expertise for project success.MSc with 5+ years or PhD with 2+ years in Dairy industry applications.Strong expertise in dairy production processes, formulations, and quality parameters.Experience working with cultures and enzymes in dairy manufacturing.Fluent in Spanish with intermediate English proficiency.Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to diverse cultural environments.Experience in regional or global dairy innovation projects.Join a global leader in innovation and sensory experiences.Work in a LEED-certified facility with cutting-edge labs and pilot plants.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
