This role requires deep expertise in analyzing the Vision Plus platform to identify technical and operational vulnerabilities, assess risks, and propose strategic recommendations that enhance system availability, resilience, and security. The consultant will audit and evaluate the current banking ecosystem, pinpoint architectural weaknesses, security gaps, and optimization opportunities, and deliver a prioritized technical report with actionable insights. This position goes beyond platform operation—it focuses on evaluation, auditing, and transformation to ensure robust and secure performance.1. Comprehensive Platform Evaluation and DiagnosisPerform an end-to-end assessment of the HPE NonStop platform.Analyze the current architecture (hardware, software, network, middleware, applications).Review transactional loads, peaks, usage patterns, and historical performance.2. Identification of Failure Points and RisksDetect:Availability risksPossible single points of failureConfiguration issuesBottlenecksSecurity vulnerabilitiesMonitoring gapsEvaluate resilience for disaster recovery, failover, backup, and restore.3. Review of Operational PracticesValidate existing procedures.Assess compliance with HPE best practices and banking standards.Analyze patching, change management, automation, and maintenance processes.4. Recommendations and Improvement RoadmapPropose technical and organizational improvements based on:HPE standardsResilience frameworks focused on the Tandem platform (BCP, DRP)Banking best practicesObservability and proactive monitoringPresent a report with:FindingsClassified risksRecommended actionsRemediation planQuick wins vs. structural improvements5.
