Health and Safety Coordinator – Construction Projects Mexico Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company with over 22,000 people across 60+ countries. Responsibilities Plan and develop strategic HS&E systems aligned with client and regulatory standards. Support site safety teams to maintain reporting regimes and health and safety statistics. Lead change management processes in fast‑paced environments. Implement and review global safety policies ensuring local legislative compliance. Maintain personal competence to meet business and client demands. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related HS&E field. Minimum 5 years professional experience in construction or projects with stringent HS&E measures. Qualified Health and Safety Professional holding specialized courses per Mexican regulations. Experience in industrial or construction environment. Flexible and adaptable to client needs and change. Strong communication and influencing skills at all seniority levels. Fluent in Spanish, good English skills (preferable). IT skills to generate reports and documents.
