Senior SAP FICO Consultant/Functional LeadExciting opportunity awaits, let us help you get startedKey ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Implementation: Lead FICO module configuration, custom solutions (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO‑PA) for new projects or enhancements. Business Process Expertise: Translate complex business requirements into functional designs, map processes, and identify gaps or improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and project managers, managing expectations and communication. Project Leadership: Oversee FICO workstreams, manage risks, plan activities, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Testing & Documentation: Develop test cases, manage testing cycles, and create comprehensive documentation (functional specs, training materials). Support & Training: Provide expert support, troubleshoot issues, and train users, ensuring smooth go‑lives and post‑go‑live stability. Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior consultants, fostering knowledge transfer. Essential Skills & QualificationsExperience: 5‑10+ years in SAP FICO, multiple full lifecycle implementations, significant S/4HANA experience often required.
Modules: Deep expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of global accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and industry‑specific regulatory requirements. Cross‑functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration points with MM, SD, PP modules. Technical: Familiarity with SAP best practices, statutory/tax requirements, and potentially integration tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, leadership, and client‑facing skills. Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; SAP Certification is a plus.
