With a strong focus in planning and actuals controlling with digital tools is expected high transparency and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with DI Management to make proper FC and BDG for each individual cost center.Coordinate regular cost center review meetings with DI ManagementSupport the digital transformation for Controlling and Finance departments in Digital Industries.Monitor monthly costs, escalating deviations from FC.Cost allocation/Distribution of central cost to Business UnitsFollow up with corporate departments the actuals and forecast of cost allocationsCoordinate Productivity actuals and forecast tracking in Digital Industries DivisionControlling of actual and forecast of EmployeesEnsure cost transparency in actuals and forecast for Local Management and Headquarters.Your Profile:Degree in business administration or a related fieldOver 1 year of experience in controlling or accounting.Experience in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge of MS Office (specially excel).Ability to work in diverse and international teams.Strong understanding of controlling tools and familiarity with financial KPIs.Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.High analytical competence, strong commitment, results-oriented focus, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.Fluent English and Spanish will complete your profile.Become a part of our team and shape the future with usEqual Employment Opportunity StatementSiemens is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
