Senior Trade Marketing Lead

Role Purpose The Senior Trade Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that drive growth and ensure successful go‑to‑market (G2M) initiatives across Pfizer's portfolio. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence multifunctional teams to deliver impactful commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Accountable for the annual planning and strategy of trade marketing plans Design and implement winning G2M strategies for new and existing products across multiple channels Conduct periodic business reviews with customers to share results of each initiative Develop and optimize patient support programs (PSPs) in collaboration with marketing, sales, and medical teams Ensure alignment of trade marketing plans with overall business objectives and compliance standards Ensure timely updates of market analysis in collaboration with Business Intelligence, while monitoring marketplace dynamics and potential changes Seek and develop customer and market inputs through KAMs or direct customer contact to identify opportunities (main brands, channels & chains) based on available data to make business‑wise decisions Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive dynamics to inform decision‑making Control local investment budget (G2N) as agreed for portfolios, brands, customers, and initiatives, assuring target accomplishment with the best ROI Conduct financial objective forecasts based on clearly defined assumptions for all initiatives, ensuring positive ROI Lead the planning and execution of new product launches in the private market (hospitals, distributors, retail) Collaborate as a key player for inputs in product launches, such as volume estimation, SO ratio, POS strategy, price strategy, etc. Influence and collaborate with multifunctional teams (finance, supply chain, medical, compliance) to ensure flawless execution Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for commercial priorities Work alongside KAMs and medical field force, visiting POS, customers, and physicians to generate patient and customer understanding to improve strategy execution Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred in a quantitative or business discipline Experience: At least 8–9 years in trade marketing, key account, marketing, or loyalty programs Proven track record of developing and executing successful G2M strategies and product launches Pharma or FMCG experience Expertise in patient support programs and specialty care a plus People management and development experience Fluency in English required Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to influence and collaborate across multifunctional teams Solid understanding of budget management and financial analysis High proficiency in data‑driven decision‑making and market analysis Strong project management, influencing, communicating, collaboration, proactive self‑starter Ability to think critically and creatively, develop and execute effective presentations, and maintain a positive can‑do attitude with self‑motivation, resilience, energy, and drive Other Job Details Last Date to Apply for Job: Dec 4th Work Location: Mexico City; must be able to work from Pfizer office 2–3 days per week, or as needed by the business EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) & Employment Eligibility Pfizer is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
