Chemours has invested in new Digital tools to upgrade our data management and to change the way we make decisions on the Request for Information and Request for Proposals, the first steps of our procurement process. Procurement would like to take advantage of them and expand our RFX team If you are passionate about using current and emerging technologies to unlock the power of data and transform the world of procurement, this role is for you Responsibilities Manage simple and complex Requests for Quotations and Requests for proposals from different departments, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders until completion, and providing analysis of the best options as suggestions. Utilize advanced analytics and AI technologies to optimize procurement processes and enhance decision‑making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic procurement initiatives about spend, inventory management, forecasts, external markets, and process efficiency opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity for procurement analytics. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real‑time insights into procurement performance metrics. Provide strategic recommendations based on data‑driven insights to support cost savings, cost avoidance, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation. Conduct regular training sessions for procurement teams on the RFX processes and tools. Support procurement strategy development by contributing data‑driven recommendations for supplier negotiations and contract management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement processes, procurement analytics, and data analysis. Knowledge of procurement software implementation, SAP procurement data, and procurement processes. Understanding of data collection software, analytical programs, database programming, operating system management, computer hardware platforms, and data visualization. Advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English) to convey best options based on analytical findings to different procurement roles. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset. Preferred Qualifications Proficient data and computer skills in the MS Office suite, including Power BI.
