The Role We're looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join our offshore team. This role is ideal for someone who loves owning accounts end-to-end – from strategy to execution to optimisation – and wants to work closely with creatives to build campaigns that perform. You'll manage high-value client accounts, test aggressively, and scale what works. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and excited by performance marketing done properly, this role is for you. Requirements 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns. Proven results scaling accounts with clear ROI and performance outcomes. Strong expertise across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid social platforms. Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, and performance targets. Professional, accountable, and confident working in a collaborative remote team. Responsibilities Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns. Deliver consistent performance against agreed KPIs and budgets. Partner closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and testing frameworks. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. Manage client communications, reporting, and performance reviews. Contribute to evolving campaign frameworks, processes, and best practices. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
