Responsibilities include: Enable PepsiCo to accelerate growth through the rapid development and flawless execution of “Fewer, Bigger, Better, Faster” innovations within the Lift & Scale strategy (Create Market Mexico). Drive innovation and commercialization through project management excellence and agile commercial processes, while developing a strong marketing and business perspective. The role is accountable for delivering Gamesa Cookies innovation, commercialization solutions, and business continuity projects. Act as an innovation commercialization leader with a strong marketing component, responsible for building end-to-end support plans for innovation launches, from consumer and market opportunity identification to GTM execution. Serve as a key contributor to the growing Gamesa business in the U.S., enabling the business continuity agenda and strengthening innovation capabilities. Build the long-term BU innovation pipeline, leading cross-functional development of innovation initiatives, commercialization solutions, packaging refreshes, and business continuity projects, while ensuring winning calendar execution. Deliver best-in-class innovation project management expertise, representing the BU in innovation governance and decision-making forums across Mexico and PFNA. Your Impact As Innovation & Commercialization Manager Multicultural - Gamesa Cookies your scope would consist of: Building the longer-term BU hopper pipeline by understanding the macro environment, consumer trends and BU strategic plan and by considering the unlocks needed to overcome operational constraints. Lead the 3 Lens thinking to prioritize growth opportunities and positive choices, driving focus on scalable platforms and proven lift & scale winners. Leading the cross-functional strategy and launch plan of innovation to deliver against BU growth and profitability targets, assessing the ‘need’ for innovation as part of the BU growth algorithm vs other commercial projects & levers, and determining sufficiency, affordability and executability. Oversee the management of white space innovation launch plans from idea generation to commercialization for the HBU via brand plans, media plans and execution playbooks to drive consistent execution and portfolio growth. Lead flawless execution and transition of packaging VisID driven by create market (Mexico), business continuity projects and commercialization tools. Driving winning execution of the calendar. Assessing Calendar readiness, highlighting risks, mitigations and tradeoffs and engaging with commercial teams to ensure the appropriate focus against each project. Optimizing execution plans to minimize the overall cost of change and complexity and drives focus on stickability of prior year launches. Delivering best-in-class project management expertise. Managing the scope, milestone & critical path analysis, risks, stakeholder engagement and project budget & P&L. Bring together all elements across Marketing, Sales, Finance, R&D & Supply Chain to deliver projects to agreed scope, on budget, on time. Rapidly identify & course correct risks & opportunities both pre & post launch to maximize scale & success of the project. Own BU Innovation governance and the Stage Gate decision making forum to ensure that all projects are cross-functionally aligned and appropriate tradeoffs are made between initiatives, brands and categories and operations. Lead regular performance reviews and ensure learnings are built into future projects and calendars. People leadership. Energizes and leads both the PepsiCo Mexico Foods team and the Multicultural & PFNA team building functional collaboration/capability between all. This role has a direct L8 report, responsible for executional excellence of the projects scoped. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, related disciplines, 5+ years experience. Experience Comprehensive understanding of the E2E innovation process, from building/proposing an idea to launch. Understanding of P&L fundamentals and knowledge of Supply Chain and GTM capabilities. Strong analytical thinking to comprehend potential challenges and propose feasible solutions. Results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership – can operate well within a low resource, fast-paced cross-functional environment. Very high level of business acumen - must be commercially & organizationally savvy and financially astute. Exceptional team leader with strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence at all levels and comfortable managing conflict. Proven commercial project leadership/management skills, ability to manage complex functional interdependencies in project timelines. Strong process thinker committed to driving process efficiency, strength in data analysis and interpretation in order to develop business recommendations English Level: Proficient, the position works with USA based teams.
