Provide analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines). Prepare the financial performance (weekly reporting), and KPI (Overdues Ext. and Int, Internal Control). Prepare actions of Back on Track. Contribute to budget and MTP processes (guidelines, recharges, standard templates). Develop or implement standard management control tools. Achieves specific ad-hoc analysis. Propose solutions for solving litigations between sites (transfer price, R&D recharges). Achieve on-site management control reviews. Prepare and pre-validate IAR (respect of appropriate workflow). Prepare and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate workflow). Ensure the deployment of standard tools from Group/BG/PG/PL or RO within the site. Verification of costing of semi‑finished and finished products PPU reviewing routes, BOM, previous price, new price, change in the margin. Analysis of differences reported in cyclical counts and determine control measures and inventory management; regular meetings with the counting team, Warehouse Manager and Logistics Manager. Determine if a second or third count is required before proceeding to make adjustments; identify root cause of differences, and implement corrective and/or preventive measures before authorizing accounting for adjustments. Support the activity of creating views of new materials in case someone involved in the flow of information does not provide the information in a reasonable time. Support the activity of assigning prices to new materials in case of technical problems for the creation and/or updating of SAP data in close collaboration with CO & IT Germany. Verify if there were significant changes in the price of materials between one month and another and find the root cause (price change, invoice wrongly entered in SAP, etc.). Detailed verification of the previous result of the Slow Movement / Obsolescence material report. Verify that the expected amounts are correctly recorded in SAP. Analysis of the report; request information on the reasons for the removal of the material. Request support to PEB to update prices and/or to the Sales Management. General coordination of the inventory; review technical aspects (transactions, data tables, SAP authorization profiles) and logistical aspects, personnel coordination, attention to external auditors. Preparation, analysis and delivery of financial reports (Masterfile, Comptroller) of PPU, including results for the month, accumulated, forecast and budget. Preparation and analysis of the financial report (Masterfile, Comptroller) of NAFTA, including consolidated, accumulated, forecast and budget results for the month. Preparation and analysis of the presentation of consolidated NAFTA results, considering data for the month, accumulated, forecast and budget. CapEX requirements management considering the entire authorization flow in SAP (creation, review, approval), as well as the projection and control of budgets. Preparation of monthly report of logistics costs. Inventory and sales report (PPU, PAH, & NAFTA). Sales report, scrap, freight, COGS (PPU, PAH, & NAFTA). Redistribution of operating costs from the clearing account (Clearing) to the different cost categories (Operations, Selling, G&A). Control of tooling costs to be invoiced to customers. Monthly settlement of internal orders associated with CapEx, quality orders, maintenance orders. Preparation, analysis and delivery of financial report (BPC, Accounting) of PPU, including accumulated results (14 cédulas: Investment, Balance Sheet, P&L, Dividends, Capital, IC Input, Assets, Accruals, Accruals Pensions, Allowance, Tax, Cash, Notes Currency, Additional Cash Flow). Control of additions, disposals and modifications of fixed assets; control of assets in process and preparation of work schedule; run depreciation process for IFRS and local standards. Run process of revaluation of open items of customers, debtors, suppliers, creditors, banks, clearing accounts in foreign currency. Registration in SAP and control of expense amortizations.
