As OPTIMA SOLUTIONS PROCESS ASSISTANT, you will ensure that the parameters are within the established ranges together with the client, and the correct operation of the equipment in the lines in charge of PPG. You will report to the Optima Solutions Site Manager. Key Responsibilities Ensure process control in the lines in charge of PPG. Color and thickness measurements. Apply panels for differents trials. Analyze defects per unit. Physical and mechanical testing of materials. Verify paint levels in circulators Lead the launching of new technologies or PPG products. Follow up on customer requirements, and new projects, related to PPG activity in the lines in charge. Ensure calibration of measuring equipment. Coordinate activities of assigned personnel. Crater test to booth people Follow up film build, color, appearance Harmony color audit. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 1+ experience in coating processes (Top Coat). Rotate shifts This job posting may have multiple locations listed. A successful candidate may work remotely and not be offered to relocate.
