Intern – Citi The Intern is an entry level position at Citi where the student will receive a foundation of knowledge and training required to contribute as a valuable resource in Citi. Interns are administrative and use this position as a start to their career. Assignments focus on attaining core competencies in any of the four core functions at Citi: Global Functions, Institutional Clients Group, Global Consumer Banking, Enterprise O&T. Responsibilities Performs most basic, routine tasks/assignments. Works under direct supervision with detailed procedures. May service a very limited number of products/services. Applies knowledge of routine work area procedures. Completes standardized activities. Exchanges basic information with other co-workers. Resolves task related problems in straightforward situations. Selects from a limited number of clearly defined options. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications GPA of 3.3 or above. Demonstrated analytical skills. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Cooperation and focus in achieving group and client objectives. Innovative and creative in solving problems. Quick thinking and detail oriented. Education Graduating with a Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience or master degree the following year. Asesor Previsional Afore El Asesor Previsional es un puesto responsable de asesorar de manera integral a sus clientes y prospectos y ofrecerles alternativas de acuerdo con sus necesidades, debe cumplir con los objetivos de asesoría de productos y servicios financieros dentro de su distrito o ubicación asignados en coordinación con el equipo de asesores al consumidor más amplio. Funciones Prospección y búsqueda de clientes. Programación de citas a través de telemarketing. Asesoría personalizada a clientes identificando sus necesidades. Seguimiento y cierre de venta. Abordar a clientes objetivo a través de una propuesta de valor. Visitas a centros laborales. Desarrollar estrategias para el alcance de metas. Lograr o superar los objetivos del puesto y de la Empresa. Trabajo 100% de campo. Horario de lunes a sábado. Habilidades Facilidad de palabra y comunicación. Experiencia y gusto por la asesoría previsional. Proactivo con enfoque a resultados. Empático. Orientación de servicio. Tolerancia a la frustración. Capacidad cognoscitiva. Experiencia en la promoción de servicios financieros. Experiencia en atención y/o asesorías. Generación de contactos. Redacción. Requisitos Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura concluida/trunca deseable. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en promoción y venta consultiva, deseable en productos financieros. “Deseable Recién Egresados de Licenciatura en áreas económico/administrativas sin experiencia con interés en la promoción y asesoría de Productos Financieros en campo”.
