We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Professional to join our Ocean Operations team at CEVA A&O Mexico, located in Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Mexico. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes, with a focus on maritime and air export operations. As a Logistics Operations Professional, you will bring a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding with strong expertise in maritime and air export logistics. In-depth knowledge of sea import procedures is considered a significant advantage and will contribute to your success in this role. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end logistics operations for maritime and air exports, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. Coordinating shipments, documentation, and customs clearance processes to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency. Using CargoWise (CW) or similar freight forwarding software to monitor, track, and report on shipment status and performance metrics. Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to resolve operational issues and improve service levels. We are looking for a candidate with intermediate to advanced English proficiency to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and support international operations.
