DevOps Platform Engineer - EMEAL Regional Ops Location: Ciudad de México, Mexico (MX-CMX) NTT DATA North America is seeking a DevOps Platform Engineer to support our EMEAL Regional Ops initiatives. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust DevOps solutions across complex, multi‑technology environments. Responsibilities Seasoned knowledge on multi‑technology application design best practices. Ability to take holistic views of application environments, including hardware platforms, applications, databases, operating systems, and storage. Work with abstract concepts and apply strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Technical understanding of development and platform engineering. Client‑centric focus on business outcomes. High organization and planning skill set. Effective communication with technical teams and clients. Attention to detail and strong teamwork. Project management knowledge to ensure client projects are executed correctly. Continuous improvement of internal effectiveness by enhancing methodologies, processes, and tools. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment. Experience with deployment and release management across multiple environments. Automation tooling and source‑code repository expertise. Qualifications Relevant DevOps certification preferred. Relevant Agile related certification preferred. Relevant certification of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Relevant certification in scripting and programming languages. 5‑7 years of software development experience in complex, multidisciplinary projects. Experience working closely with Platform Specialists on business/user requirement specifications. Ability to develop detailed technical requirement documents and system design documents. Strong knowledge of data flow diagrams and system architecture. Experience with proof‑of‑concept implementation. Development of detailed technical specifications for production implementation. Installation, configuration, and testing of systems and databases. Documentation of development procedures and security practices. Problem analysis and corrective action in software logic and data. Deployment and post‑implementation support of applications. Support and maintenance of production environments according to SLAs. Post‑implementation process reviews and other related tasks as required.
