Authority Review and arrangement of machinery and equipment. Basic requirements Technical career completed (Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanics) Verifiable experience of at least three years in the electronic assembly industry Basic English for fault diagnosis and diagram interpretation Management of computer packages Working under pressure Teamwork Sense of Urgency Desirable requirements Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) machine platforms, preferably Universal Instruments (Fuzion) and Fuji (NXT and XP) Knowledge of automatic insertion machine platforms (Axial / Radial), preferably Universal Instruments (Radial 88HT, VCD/Sequencer 88HT) Fault diagnosis and programming of SPI and AOI machines Fault diagnosis and programming of Heller reflow oven Design and interpretation of thermal reflux profiles Fault diagnosis and programming of wave solder machines Design and interpretation of wave solder profiles Fault diagnosis and programming of conformal coating (PVA) dispensing machines Experience in final assembly processes (Box Build): Ultrasonic welders, dispensers and potting curing oven WHY EMERSON Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: We drive innovation that makes the world healthier, safer, smarter, and more sustainable.
