Sobre nuestro cliente Empresa multinacional de consumo masivo Descripción Apoyar al Head of Finance y CD en el logro de objetivos financieros mediante análisis de ROI en inversiones comerciales por cliente, producto e iniciativa. Brindar asesoría financiera al equipo comercial para negociaciones con clientes y mejora de rentabilidad. Liderar evaluaciones pre y post de todas las inversiones comerciales. Co-liderar iniciativas de SRM junto con Trade Marketing. Participar de forma estratégica en el proceso PEAK para mejorar la precisión de pronósticos y visibilidad de inversiones. Liderar la planeación de ingresos y de inversiones comerciales (Rolling Forecast mensual y Spring Plan anual). Desarrollar planes de inversión comercial basados en actividades por cliente y canal. Retar actividades comerciales sin valor agregado para optimizar la efectividad de las inversiones.\Fortalecer el ambiente de control para asegurar cumplimiento con políticas y lineamientos corporativos. Garantizar el reconocimiento correcto de ingresos y la provisión adecuada de gastos comerciales. Perfil buscado Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Contabilidad (preferido). Más de 7 años de experiencia en Finanzas. Al menos 4 años de experiencia en FP&A. Experiencia liderando proyectos y trabajo transversal con equipos multifuncionales. Conocimiento equilibrado entre Finanzas y Negocio. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Dominio de Excel (indispensable). Conocimiento en herramientas OLAP. Certificación CPA (AICPA o KCPA).
