Charger logistics Inc. is a world-class asset-based carrier with locations across North America.With over 20 years of experience providing the best logistics solutions, Charger logistics has transformed into a world-class transport provider and continues to grow.Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies.We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual Controller to our team based out of our Monterrey office.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related fieldProficient with Financial Software10+ years proven accounting experienceProfessional accounting certification, including CMA, CGA, or CAWorking knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP)Strong understanding of economic and banking processesResponsibilitiesManage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements as well as the requirements of private contributions, loans, and government contractsMaintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expendituresIn conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basisImplement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs, upholding federal, state, and local legal standards by remaining knowledgeable about existing, new, and future legislationDevelop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflowOversee and support accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivityBenefitsCompetitive career growthLife insurancePay packageSavings fundInternational trainingHealth benefitsFood couponsPerformance-based bonusPaid time‑offChristmas bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
