As an experienced OTC Billing & Booking Manager ) you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Delivery Mexico(ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. Our Deloitte Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions.Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.~ Support sales activities, account management, and project planning.~ Advanced English level.Working experience within a Shared Services, Captive/Outsourced environment supporting North America, LATAM or Europe Region is preferred.~ Experience in Call Centre model working on both Inbound and Outbound is a plus.~ Familiarity with regional billing regulations and practices in North America and LATAM region is preferred.~5-7 years of experience in Billing, order management (booking) and OTC Processes in a Global/MNC environment, Includes managing teams of around 20 people.~ Proficiency in billing software and financial systems. Experience in ERP (e.g. SAP, Oracle, iScala) is an advantage~ Project and Process Programs (Transformation and/or Continuous Improvement) is a desired skill.~ Experience working under internal controls frameworks, particularly SOX controls.~ Ability to perform root cause analysis; Professional developmentFrom entry-level employees to senior leaders, we believe there's always room to learn.
