¿Te apasiona liderar estrategias full-funnel, impulsar crecimiento sostenible y desafiar los límites del performance marketing?EnCapptus buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Head of Paid Media & Growth, un perfil estratégico, data-driven y con mentalidad de innovación.Tu misiónDiseñar y ejecutar estrategias full-funnel de Paid Media con foco en ROI, omnicanalidad y crecimiento sostenible.Liderar un equipo multidisciplinario (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Retail Media) fomentando un mindset de datos y experimentación.Colaborar con áreas de Content, Creative y Data para unificar estrategia y ejecución.Traducir objetivos de negocio en planes de inversión, optimización y forecasting.Experiencia+3 años en performance digital con enfoque en Ecommerce y Paid Media.Liderazgo de equipos y cuentas de alto volumen o alcance regional.Dominio de ecosistemas Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic y Retail Media.Hard SkillsCertificaciones activas (Google, Meta, TikTok, GA4).Experiencia integrando CRM + Paid Media (idealmente Salesforce Marketing Cloud).Capacidad para construir modelos de atribución, dashboards y análisis ejecutivos.Uso avanzado de AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative, etc.).Soft SkillsLiderazgo colaborativo y pensamiento estratégico.Comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes y stakeholders.Mentalidad de crecimiento, resiliencia y obsesión por la optimización.Innovación & AIIntegrar herramientas de IA y automatización (Smart Bidding, Performance Max, DCO, generadores de prompts/ads).Aplicar modelos predictivos para CAC, LTV, ROAS y revenue impact.Experimentar con nuevas tecnologías: Search AI, Smart+, pDOOH, Agentic AI Ads.Data & AnalyticsImplementar frameworks de atribución cross-channel.Construir dashboards en Looker Studio / Tableau / Salesforce MI / GA4.Monitorear KPIs clave: CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER, CTR, CVR, Incrementality, Retention Impact.Detectar insights accionables y presentar reportes ejecutivos a clientes y dirección.Ejecución & ColaboraciónSupervisar campañas multicanal y procesos de QA y conciliación presupuestal.Asegurar alineación con Project Managers y clientes.Ser mentor/a y líder estratégico para el equipo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
