Estamos buscando un Technical Program Manager con experiencia liderando múltiples proyectos tecnológicos de forma simultánea, alineando la ejecución con los objetivos estratégicos del negocio. Será responsable de coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, gestionar riesgos y asegurar entregables de alta calidad en entornos dinámicos. Requisitos Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Computación, Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o afines. +5 años de experiencia en gestión de programas y proyectos tecnológicos complejos Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) Liderazgo de equipos de desarrollo, soporte o infraestructura Manejo de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMBOK, PRINCE2) Experiencia gestionando stakeholders a nivel ejecutivo Dominio de herramientas como Jira, MS Project, Confluence Planificar y ejecutar programas con múltiples proyectos interrelacionados Alinear iniciativas técnicas con la estrategia del negocio Supervisar Project Managers y equipos técnicos (tiempo, costo y calidad) Identificar y mitigar riesgos técnicos y operativos Coordinar con áreas internas, clientes y proveedores Elaborar reportes ejecutivos y seguimiento de avances Impulsar buenas prácticas ágiles y mejora continua.
