Requirements 10 years of experience in a public relations or Influencer Marketing agency English language proficiency (essential) Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field Knowledge in Influencer Marketing strategies Knowledge in Talent or celebrity Management Event planning and execution Demonstrated experience working with regional Teams Familiarity with Influencer reporting and campaign tools Experienced in crisis management Knowledgeable of market trends in all industries Be passionate and expert in all social networks Activities Creation, development and coordination of influencer marketing strategies Provide direction to regional teams Lead the LatAm influencers strategy, creating programs that generate brand warmth, generation of business value, developing and fostering customer relationships Efficient management of each project (budgetary control, billing and collection) Train and develop the internal team Present and train on global measurement and reporting Drive, track and report on key KPIs including reach, engagement and conversions by campaign Identify new partnerships and innovative initiatives from influencers and creators that support and amplify broader marketing campaigns as well as experiential activations Be at the forefront in understanding marketing trends, culture and social networks Search and growth of business opportunities within the group Skills Leadership Teamwork Communication Problem solving Frustration tolerance Client Service Empathic Negotiator Results focused At another Group we respect and celebrate diversity As part of our commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace and environment, all of our staff have the opportunity to develop and reach their potential, regardless of religion, race, sexual orientation, gender expression and identity, nationality, or any other difference or condition.
