SI NO TIENES EXPERIENCIA EN EL ECOSISTEMA DIGITAL, POR FAVOR NO TE POSTULES)RECONOCIDA AGENCIA DIGITAL ESPAÑOLA, CON OFICINA EN LA COL.ROMA, BUSCA A SU DIRECTOR DE GROWTH.El / la será responsable de maximizar el crecimiento, expansión y valor de la base instalada de clientes de la agencia, liderando estrategias de up-selling, cross-selling y desarrollo de cuentas clave, con el objetivo de impulsar un crecimiento rentable sostenido.Es un rol estratégico que actúa como puente entre negocio, estrategia, cuentas / clientes y operaciones.Su foco está en hacer crecer y hacer más rentable lo que ya existe.Definir oportunidades de : Up-selling (más inversión en servicios actuales), Cross-selling (nuevos servicios dentro de la cuenta)Trabajar con los Groupers en planes de expansión trimestral por cliente.Acompañar a los líderes de cuentas en : Reuniones estratégicas con clientes, business reviews, definición de roadmaps anuales.Elevar el nivel de conversación con clientes C-level (CMO, VP, Digital Director, etc.).Diseñar paquetes y soluciones para : Expandir servicios actuales, introducir nuevas soluciones junto con el Director de Estrategia e Innovación (data, AI, tech, e-commerce, research, etc.)Trabajar con Director de Estrategia para adaptar la oferta a cada industria / cliente.Traducir problemas del cliente en oportunidades de negocio.Gobernanza de crecimiento & seguimientoCrear e implementar un modelo de seguimiento del crecimiento de cuentas : Pipeline de expansión (no de prospección), forecast por cliente, KPIs de crecimiento en cuentas activasMonitorear regularmente el desempeño de cada grouper / equipo de cuentas.Trabajar junto al COO y Dir.Financiera para asegurar que el crecimiento sea rentable (no solo volumen), que exista capacidad operativa.Experiencia sólida y comprobable en : Crecimiento en cuentas existentes (Account-Based Growth), gestión estratégica de cuentas grandes, expansión de servicios.Haber trabajado directamente con : Cuentas enterprise / multi-servicio, proyectos regionales complejos, stake-holders altos (C-Suite).Experiencia previa deseable en Google, TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Salesforce o similares en áreas de : Strategic Accounts, Agency Partnerships, Client Success, Industry Solutions.Experiencia en manejo de portfolios grandes de clientes.Impecable trato con cliente.Manejo de CRM.Inglés avanzado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
