Job Responsibilities:Support the regulatory reporting agenda across LATAM Banking Operations.Document and deliver transactional regulatory compliance requirements for LATAM jurisdictions.Help build and maintain the control framework, ensuring strong internal controls to minimize risk.Demonstrate understanding of the LATAM regulatory environment and its impact on operations.Contribute to change management practices for regulatory changes and adapt to evolving demands.Stay informed of regulatory developments and manage changing requirements.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reporting.Implement tactical controls and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.Participate in LATAM Banking Operations regulatory-related projects.Partner with local and regional stakeholders to address regulatory requirements.Ensure regulatory reports meet standards for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:Solid background in banking products and strong understanding of LATAM markets and regulatory environment.Willingness to take ownership and accountability for delivering business objectives.Ability to collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global teams using appropriate methods and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to identify opportunities, take prompt action, and escalation potential risks to minimize loss.Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of controls and compliance.Adaptability to maintain standards and adjust to new work structures, processes, or requirements.Ability to address and manage conflicts constructively.Effective communication skills with internal and external business partners, including executive-level stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to implement and manage change across both direct and remote teams.About UsJ.P.
