Overview The Reporting & Data Analyst for Voyager Global Mobility (VGM) is responsible for using their knowledge of data visualization tools, data process, analytics, and business development strategies to provide data‑driven business decisions to company executives. Their main duties will include collaborating with other functions in VGM to gather data, analyze, create reports based on their findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). This position reports directly to the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Analytics. Essential Job Functions Collaborate with executives and business unit leaders to identify opportunities for improvement Design and create data visualizations using PowerBI, Excel, or other tools Structure large data sets to find usable information Create presentations and reports on company performance or recommendations that will go to the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and current investors Qualifications Needed Experience collaborating with different business functions to understand business needs and help identify opportunities Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience using SQL and/or Python Strong will to work in a hyper‑growth environment Strong appreciation for global company culture and ability to adapt Must have demonstrated problem‑solving skills and self‑curiosity to understand the business and data behind it Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite Benefits Monthly salary of 30,******,000 Mexican pesos **** pesos per month of food coupons Mexican law benefits (Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and 12 days of vacation entitlement for the 1st year) Protection plan (discount plans for medical insurance) Learning and development opportunities Pay: $30,****** - $40,****** per month Ability to commute/relocate Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
