Job Description Ensure the strategic development of people, leadership capabilities and organizational culture at country level, aligned with business objectives and global HR strategy. Key Responsibilities Define and deploy the country People Development, Leadership and Culture strategy aligned with business and HR priorities. Design and implement leadership development frameworks, talent pipelines and succession planning processes. Drive cultural transformation initiatives, translating values into observable behaviors across the organization. Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on leadership effectiveness, engagement and organizational capability. Lead and coordinate country-wide development programs, ensuring consistency with global standards and local relevance. Identify capability gaps and implement targeted interventions to strengthen performance, accountability and collaboration. Measure impact through people analytics, leadership assessments and continuous feedback mechanisms. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in People Development, Leadership Development or Organizational Development roles, preferably in industrial or multinational environments. Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and driving cultural and leadership transformation. Strong strategic thinking, facilitation and change management skills.
