We are a Latin-American HR & Talent consultancy specializing in high-impact technical searches, and we are looking for a top-tier mobile expert to join an international engineering team. If you have 4+ years fully dedicated to Mobile Development in React Native (non-negotiable) and strong experience with TypeScript—and you enjoy designing scalable architectures, leading technical decisions, and mentoring others—this role is for you. What You’ll Do Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript. Translate functional and UX requirements into scalable mobile solutions. Implement robust mobile engineering patterns ensuring modularity, maintainability, and code reusability. Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to performance, compatibility, and cross-platform behavior. Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver integrated mobile experiences. Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and guide engineering best practices. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Go the extra mile when needed to meet critical milestones. Experience & Background Advanced English (spoken and written). Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native + TypeScript (mandatory). Experience with native iOS or Android development (a strong plus). Technical Skills Strong knowledge of mobile architecture patterns. Experience integrating APIs and backend services. Ability to design scalable, high-availability mobile applications. Skilled in debugging, performance optimization, and cross-platform tuning. Proficient with Git and modern collaboration tools.
