As they continue to scale their operations, they are looking to add reliable support to ensure leads and customers are managed efficiently and professionally.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and bilingual Sales & Operations Support Assistant to join Global Team and work closely with our client’s operations function.This role plays a key support part in sales, scheduling, customer service, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely follow-ups. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to keep processes organized and running efficiently.Position OverviewThis role provides sales, scheduling, customer service, and administrative support to ensure leads and customers are handled promptly and professionally. The position works closely with internal teams and reports directly to the Operations Coordinator.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sales-related activities and follow up on incoming leadsHandle customer service inquiries in a professional and timely mannerManage scheduling and calendar coordinationAssist with administrative and operational projects as neededEnsure organized, accurate, and timely handling of leads and customer informationRequired Skills and ExperienceBasic sales or customer-facing experienceExperience providing administrative and scheduling supportProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelFamiliarity with Canva for basic design or marketing-related tasksBilingual communication skills (English & Spanish)Strong organizational and time-management skillsProactive and self-motivatedDetail-oriented and organizedProcess-oriented mindsetReliable and comfortable working independentlyThursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PMFriday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break) #J-18808-Ljbffr
