With a focus on Mobility, Operational Excellence, Value to our Customers and the Electrification of vehicles, you can expect to be part of something exciting.

The Jr.

Manager will be the responsible to analyze the market and lead activities for product's lifecycle management based on customer needs.

Schedule tracking and creation to deliver plans/strategies on time. Ensure activities compliance by stablishing follow up methodologies and processes.


Must be able to discuss and get agreement with other stakeholders to consolidate strategies based on hard data analysis and rational thinking.

Encourage staffs and peers on skills development by building trustful relationships

Departments:
PMO, Mkt, Engineering, Manufacture, Global Functions.

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree on engineering, marketing, administration
Previous Work Experience

  • 2 or 3 years in Automotive industry and project coordination (project management).
  • Product Planning.
  • Experience successfully leading a team of professionals.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Language: Advanced English (must have).
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft office (advanced Excel, Power Point, Word, Project).
  • Travel: (10%) availability for national and international trips.
  • Must have: strategic mindset, automotive knowledge, quick learning and analytical skills, project management, presentation skills.
