Primary Purpose of the Position

  • Development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve business objectives across all products categories & channels, responsible for program development and execution to increase in-store presence.
  • Implement Business development stores program (Branded stores & Multi-brand stores), manage the process, execute through all sales team, and handle the credit notes process.
  • Develop and execute programs to drive traffic to point of sales (all channels) and enhance brand presence to improve customer conversion.
  • Create and develop new programs to elevate the standards of Goodyear distributors' execution innovation programs for a top-notch brand and customer experience.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute Goodyear branded stores program to expand presence across the country and specifically for Distributors channel, manage processes, handle administrative tasks, and promote through the sales team to the distributors' network.
  • Identify geographical opportunities and present to distributors and sales team to emphasize key areas for enhanced presence.
  • Develop and implement in-store brand presence in all channels to boost Goodyear brand visibility and customer experience.
  • Collect market insights and insights from various channels to launch new programs that add value to customers and boost sales across different channels and customers.
  • Coordinate Sell-Out promotions with Marketing coordinator to increase store traffic and customer conversion.
  • Collect and quantify sell-out KPIs through Exata software.
  • Plan and execute internal needs through sales, marketing, and product functions.

Experience

  • Experience in Trade Marketing activities or marketing coordinator (5 years).
  • Fluent English (Oral and written).
  • Desired: Experience in the tire sector, automotive industry, or auto parts.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Effective communication & presentation skills to persuade, negotiate, and handle matters at various levels.
  • Fluency in Spanish with good English proficiency (Oral and written).
  • Effective communication with team and internal clients.
  • Digital Thinking.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Teamwork.
