Team Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive growth and success across our digital marketing channels.

This will involve a primary focus on retargeting, re-engagement, and cross-selling.

Additionally, you will play a key role in the business planning process, which includes evaluating, assessing, and onboarding vendors to ensure sustainable growth for the company.

Expectations: 70% on ad operations and 30% on strategy and planning. This is a high-impact role reporting to the lead of strategy and planning

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaigns on various advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Monitor campaigns continuously and make necessary adjustments to bids, targeting, and creative to maximize ROAS.
  • Ensure timely execution of regional campaigns to maximize impact and results.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports, and offer recommendations for improvement.
  • Strategize and identify the best audience segmentation options to engage with the target audience.
  • Generate fresh ideas and continuously optimize marketing campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team to maintain consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
  • Devise strategies to enhance business efficiency through the addition, improvement, replacement, or removal of vendors.
  • Provide management support in overseeing internal team QBR, storytelling, and presentation of results.

Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably inhouse experience
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms
  • Familiar with attribution model and MMM partners
  • Experience with engagement campaigns and crossproduct acquisition via first party data
  • Experience working with Adtech and Data science teams.
  • Experience with onboarding and assessment of vendors
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decision making
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization
  • Proven track record of driving results and scaling campaigns
