Responsibilities:
- Manages Individual Contributors who develop and coordinate production trainings.
- Responsible for overseeing and implementing OJT programs.
- Develop OJT training programs and participate on teams developing training plans and OJT programs.
- Assist in developing general training instructions, checklists, and visual aids.
- Perform training needs assets.
- SME for Formal and Informal OJT.
- Management and oversee of mentoring program.
- Management and oversee of CQSI program.
- Responsible for collaborating with all levels of the Quality and Manufacturing organization as well as any other business units or shared services the team supports.
- Ensures support of training and development strategies based on Avionics Quality Workmanship requirements and considering the latest industry trends relative to delivery of effective training.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring course effectiveness, instructor progress and effectiveness and for intervention and problem solving.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of prior relevant experience in quality, training, or engineering.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and development on job training programs in aerospace industrial standards (essential).
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
- Critical thinker with innovative problemsolving skills.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- High proficiency in Excell and management of dashboards and data analysis.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and creative mindset.
- Leadership skills and experience leading teams.
