Property Manager

Funciones:

  • Responsabiliza de la gestión del inmueble con el fin de optimizar su mantenimiento y maximizar la rentabilidad del mismo.
  • Manejo de proveedores, clientes e inquilinos
  • Promueve las actividades comerciales directas con los clientes e interviene activamente en la gestión y cierre de operaciones
  • Negociar y supervisar los contratos establecidos con los proveedores de servicios que operan en los edificios (seguridad, limpieza, jardinería, instaladores) y mantener la adecuada relación y contacto con los mismos.
  • Administrar la relación con nuestros socios comerciales. Comprender los objetivos y prioridades del cliente y comunicar oportunamente las iniciativas estratégicas para cada cuenta / cliente, actualizaciones y prioridades
  • Responsable de liderar y ejecutar las actividades comerciales, enfocadas a incrementar las ventas y mejorar los servicios.
  • Encargado de administrar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de aire acondicionado, plantas de emergencia, sistemas eléctricos garantizando la obtención de resultados en los diferentes centros de trabajo.
  • Gestionar los recursos financieros, controlar, administrar y supervisar el uso de los recursos financieros de acuerdo al presupuesto definido
  • Administración y control de proveedores
  • Funciones administrativas (facturas, cobranza, reporte de gastos, estados de cuenta)
