Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Invoice To Cash (Generalist)Collector responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, tracking recovery metrics, with constant communication to the leadership team and client.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end collection role.
  • Prioritize portfolios, develop collection strategies, and follow up on payment promises.
  • Execute accounting records related to costs and monthly provisions.
  • Verify reconciliations of raw material accounts, inventory accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany accounts, and provisions.
  • Process returns applications in the ERP system, whether from customers or suppliers, ensuring that the information and documentation of credit notes are correct.
  • Process and pay invoices to suppliers, including receiving and indexing.
  • Perform billing for the sale of by-products to third parties, commissions to suppliers, collection, and dispute resolution.
  • Execute and reconcile operations.
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

  • SAP
  • Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • Conflict resolution
  • Experience in collections
  • Knowledge in AR module.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • A1 – English
  • Power BI (basic - intermediate)
