We are looking to hire a Quality Project Lead to join our team at Ramos Arizpe.

Position Summary

  • The Quality Project Lead represents his expert department and leads the extended team quality. Communicates relevant project information within the Quality department. Initiates escalations and actively participates in the solution. Requests resources and defines responsibilities. Coordinates work contents. Develops proposed solutions. Participates in relevant meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality responsible for assigned programs and projects
  • Leading the quality team (Team 8 according Golden Eye principle) in a holistic way, which includes quality representatives from all quality aspects to be developed e

g:
Q-Suppliers, Q-Customer, Q-Series, Q-Planner, QMS, etc.

  • Quality responsible in project core teams
  • Customer contact in the assigned project
  • Follow the objective to have a good development of GDPEP projects with fulfillment with quality of the deliverables and have a stable, robust, safe, conform and capable series process that meets their targets and assure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform continuous improvement tasks in projects
  • Build up an international Network and be a contact to external customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering degree or similar is required.
  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in automotive industry.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in Quality.
  • Good Knowledge about ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA
  • High Knowledge about core tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA)
  • Good language skills in English, German will be a plus.
  • Strong communications skills in general and confidence and assertiveness
  • Leadership skills
