Requisitos:

  • Contar con automóvil (indispensable)

  • Autocad, Microsoft Office para Sistemas Operativos MAC OS/ Sketchup, Adobe Ilustrator

FUNCIONES:

  • Responsable
de coordinar a los proveedores y contratistas del proyecto.

  • Responsable
de solicitar, recibir y documentar los materiales en almacén
y/o en el proyecto.

  • Diseñar proyectos y dibujos de diseño.
  • Realizar cotizaciones, dar seguimiento a clientes y proveedores.
  • Responsable
de construir en base a los planos aprobados del proyecto.

  • Revisión y aprobación de estimaciones de proveedores y contratistas.
  • Responsable
del cierre técnico-administrativo del proyecto.

  • Revisar fichas técnicas.
  • Selección de acabados.
  • Generar presupuestos de diseño.
  • Verificar precios de materiales y hacer comparativa de precios.
  • Realiza y asegurar que se siga el calendario de actividades dentro de los proyectos.
  • Determinar objetivos y alcance de proyectos.

JORNADA Y ZONA LABORAL:

  • Lunes a Viernes de 9:30am a 1:30pm 3:00 pm a 6:30 pm
  • Zona: San Pedro

OFRECEMOS:

  • Sueldo: $15,000 Libres + 3 Semanas de vacaciones al año (Variables)+ Vales de gasolina
