Which is the main objective of this role?
Responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the Human Resources initiatives and being a Business Strategic Partner for SSC areas.

  • Be an HR business advisor, support the Human Resources (HR) strategies on topics of talent development, labor, strategic projects, people agenda and assure the compliance of the main HR processes.

Responsibilities- Support the HR SSC team in excellence execution of the main processes of Human Resources (New Hires, Personnel Movements and Separations).- Resolution Support in internal and external labor problems, according with the Mexican Regulation and Company's Policies.- Organize events online and in-person.- Ensure the consistency of information in Human Resources systems though frequent monitoring of the SSC- Monitoring the Work Flow's Status of the requirements.- Ensure the Governance communication for the SSC Areas.- Point Person with the Personnel Specialized Agencies- Consolidate the monthly information about the HR indicators for SSC Areas, presenting a standarized dashboard.- Manage the Share Point information for the SSC Areas.- Serve as a PMO for specific projects requirements and Minor Projects.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or similar.- Intermediate - Advanced English.- Experience in Human Resources as a Generalist (2-3 years).- Experience in Event Organization and Vendor Management desirable.
