Job Summary

  • Reportando al Manager de Almacén, el rol del nuevo _
  • Gerente de Almacén_
- involucra almacenes locales y externos, y deberá manejar el movimiento de materiales en los almacenes internos esencialmente._

Cómo luce un típico día de trabajo:

  • _ Encargado del Control de los inventarios en Almacén._
- _ Liderazgo del supervisores de almacén a cargo._
- _ Generación de nuevos procesos para la logística de almacenes._
- _ Mejora continua en progreso de diferentes áreas. (Lean Mnufacturing)_
- _ Generación de métricos de correcta ejecución de los métodos y procesos._
- _ Control de rutas de transporte._
- _ Control de Uso Mantenimiento de Montacargas._
- _ Movimientos de materiales entre almacenes externos._
- _ Aplicación de herramientas CAR, 8D's, Diagramas de Pareto, etc._

La experiência que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • _ Experiência en Supervisión y/o gerencia de Almacén._
- _ Ingeniería terminada._
- _ Conocimiento de sistema ERP (Baan de ser posible)._
- _ Conocimiento de manejo y control de inventarios, Kanban system, pull system, kiteo, full reel y por corte, entrega por goteo._
- _ Conocimiento básico de Conteos Cíclicos._
- _ Conocimiento intermedio avanzado en Excel_
- _ Manejo y generación de planes de producción diarios y semanales._
- _ Negociación con diferentes áreas y clientes internos._
- _ Conocimientos de Lean Manufacturing. (De preferencia Green o Black belt)_
- _ Conocimiento de la industria electrónica en manejo y control de inventarios._
- _ Preferentemente Inglés Intermedio._
