Purpose of the position:

Support creation, update and compliance of policies, standards and procedures related to IT Infrastructure. Help with IT security tasks as needed.

/ Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review policies, standards, procedures and related documents to IT Infrastructure and ensure their relevance and actuality.
  • Propose updates to policies, standard, procedures and related documents as required to maintain a healthy and secure (cyber)environment.
  • Assist with audits, internal, external and customer driven.
  • Work with other teams to ensure policies, standards, procedures and related documents align with internal, external and customer documents and requirements.
  • Keep up to date on cybersecurity standards and frameworks from international agencies, government and customers to provide insights on potential impacts to IT Infrastructure policies, standards and procedures.
  • Drive IT Infrastructure internal audits to ensure policies, standards and procedures are adequately followed.
  • Create presentations and reports that explain technical issues and risks abstracting complexity for nontechnical staff.
  • Provide support to IT security activities. Investigate cybersecurity events, determine root cause and create remediation plan.
  • Followup on vulnerability remediations with different teams.
