Advance your career as a Quality and Food Safety Analyst in our Mexicali Plant.HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Verifying and validating cleanings.
- Preparing and annually reviewing Quality system procedures, records, work instructions, and documents.
- Training staff on Prerequisite Programs and procedures.
- Auditing preventive controls.
- Monitoring the implementation phases of KWS.
- Supporting and overseeing Quality programs and product design/image compliance.
- Ensuring compliance with Process Control Procedures and records.
- Auditing critical parameters.
- Monitoring QFS results and indicators.
- Capturing and reviewing PES daily.
- Conducting BPM and criticaltoquality audits.
Participating in DDS
- Monitoring rework and product sampling.
- Tracking food safety incidents and "C" defects.
- Managing materials reception.
- Conducting Food Defense Gemba walks.
- Assisting with materials and microbiology samples.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's degree in food engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related field.
- Conversational English Level (70% or higher).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Food Processes is preferred.
