We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of LATAM Consultant

Role purpose

  • Consult with HR stakeholders so that they benefit from actionable insights and solutions to support organisational strategy, objectives, and challenges with a focus on Talent Management
  • Contract around the delivery of analytical work and thought leadership with stakeholders based on scope, size, and complexity, in the context of a prioritised backlog of work
  • Use consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to deliver outputs, answering the most impactful questions and addressing business problems
  • Act as a liaison, analytical translator and educator to HR and business stakeholder groups
  • Adopt Agile working methods to deliver solutions and products by actively participating in 'Pod' delivery teams

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to reach a deep understanding of their business needs and analytical requirements
  • Help shape and prioritise the requirements backlog based on strategic initiatives
  • Transition regular and operational reporting into selfservice solutions and promote the ongoing usage
  • Translate business issues in hypotheses, identify the most appropriate analysis techniques, set up experiments to test hypotheses empirically, and translate findings in actionable insights
  • Use a range of techniques to shape the analytics, recommending and delivering the best approach to solve the business problem
