  • Realizar seguimiento periódico de las cuentas existentes para validar nuestros níveles de servicio y desarrollar más revenue
  • Capturar la información (booking) en el sistema interno.
  • Vender servicios complementarios basados en los intereses del cliente (Cross Selling).
  • Mantener conocimiento práctico de los servicios especializados de la empresa, los recursos internos, las estrategias de la competencia y los requisitos de los clientes.
  • Coordinación y comunicación con el equipo operativo para el desarrollo de las operaciones.
  • Resolver y brindar atención a las necesidades especiales de los clientes.
  • Cumplir con los KPIs establecidos dentro del área.
