Subject matter expert for departmental processes & reporting tools and uses expert knowledge to solve complex function wide or internal/external issues.
Monitor, maintain and create measurements to ensure top performance of employees and department goals.
Management responsibilities include:
Responsible for the day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
Performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Lead, monitor, and support a team in the Supply Chain.
Ensure the team is focused on continuous improvement of processes.
Promote alignment by understanding and communicating business partner and customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
Ensures and promotes commitment within the team for Continuous Improvement, lives by MKOS and all of its initiatives and tools such as: Tier meetings, Gemba walks, 5s, Std. Works, A3 projects, Kaizen ideas and development of metrics.
Leads the alignment for the Key Behavioral Indicators that are aligned to our success factors.
Promotes and enforces a great environment throughout the team and internal/external customers.
Enforces and maximizes all of the reward programs and ensures there is no bias.
Creates an environment of cooperation between different departments to create stronger processes and better communication with our clients.
Besides monitoring KPIs, ensures that the inventory levels and timing are in tune with other work centers to avoid bottle necks and delays.
Create corrective actions as required for the benefit of the continuous improvement of the whole supply chain
Bachelor degree: Engineering/Administration or similar
4-5 years or similar role/function
Experience communicating with internal and external business partners and cross functional teams at various levels
Experience applying concepts of basic algebra and/or statistics
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
English: 80%
