Ejecución en tiempo de los movimientos de activo fijo (altas, bajas, traspasos, modificaciones, etc.) por medio de la plataforma Heiflow.
- Responsable de las modificaciones en parque vehicular.
- Realizar el cierre contable de las sociedades que cuentan con auxiliar de activo fijo.
- Asegurar la contabilización de las amortizaciones/depreciaciones de los activos en SAP.
- Determinación del calculo de la capa fiscal de material de empaque (compras, mermas y ventas).
- Seguimiento y capitalización de los activos en cuentas de mercado (anuncios, fachadas y enfriadores).
- Realizar reportes con el saldo de las inversiones en proceso y dar seguimiento con las diferentes contralorías.
- Realizar reportes con los registros de altas, bajas y traspasos contabilizados en el mes.
- Responsable de atender las auditorias internas (P&CI, Global) y externas (Deloitte)
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en contabilidad, administración o carrera a fin.
- Experiência contable
- Ingles intermedio
- Manejo de SAP y Excel intermedio
- Trabajo en equipo
