DeEscrituraion:

  • A Strategy and Business Planning Manager is a professional demeanor, excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work on a wide range of tasks, and strategic initiatives.
  • This position plays a critically important role, enabling these leaders to work more effectively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is highly strategic and facilitative, requiring a combination of focus and flexibility and a willingness to play an active, operational, and communicative function. As the President's 'trusted counsel,' the role requires strong emotional intelligence, selfmotivation, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run all transformational projects
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
  • Work with the channel, sales strategy, and business management teams to run the team efficiently, ensuring fluid communication and an action mindset, and prioritize initiatives & projects.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
  • Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key strategic projects.
  • Manage Relationships with key internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Govern the strategic planning process
  • Prepare business presentations.
  • Prepare reports and informational documents to inform and support business leaders.
  • Handling administrative requirements and queries from senior leadership.
  • Act as a change agent for business transformation initiatives and tools that further optimize our endtoend business execution and performance.
  • Collaborate with leaders to effectively manage time between leaders and critical stakeholders.
  • Tracking key strategic actions and driving them to closure.
  • Support leaders with adhoc projects and key strategic initiatives, and deputize them whenever it is possible in critical meetings.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree any field MBA is a strong plus.
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English skills
  • Knowledge in endtoend P&L management.
  • Product portfolio knowledge and market/competitive analysis.
  • The individual must be able to deal with ambiguity and should be able to respond quickly to multiple issues and tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Manage Matrix reporting relationship
  • Proactivity and selfdirection
  • US VISA

Other requirements:

  • Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to navigate and maintain good relationships spanning product, sales, marketing, finance, etc.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
  • Enjoys keeping a fast pace and high energy and is not easily stressed
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information from multiple sources to draw conclusions
  • Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions, with a willingness to challenge when necessary
  • Keen business acumen
