Your role at Baxter:
Join our R&D project team as a Senior Engineer Systems/V&V, contributing technically to the design and Verification/Validation of a complex medical device from concept to commercialization. You will focus on meeting customer needs, defining product requirements, assessing constraints, and participating in risk management activities. Your responsibilities will include developing verification and validation plans, protocols, and execution for projects of various sizes.

What you'll be doing
- Fulfill responsibilities in line with ethical standards and organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with Baxter's policies and Code of Conduct.
- Implement relevant policies and procedures, including Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy.
- Apply technical expertise to solve problems or enhance existing processes.
- Handle Change Requests in the Agile PLM system.
- Accurately document designs and specifications.
- Utilize critical thinking to address issues.
- Seek guidance from experienced individuals to enhance deliverable quality.
- Collaborate with various functions, suppliers, and partners as needed.
- Apply new technical tools under supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mechanical, bio-mechanical, MET) or equivalent.
- 2-7 years of experience.
- Ability to generate innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to change.
- Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Standards.
- Proficiency in systems engineering tools and standards.
- Understanding of various technical domains.
- Excellent technical writing and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with high standards.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
