JOB SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the local VOS Manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy. Leads change
initiatives and drives process excellence.- Help leads facility Vertiv Operating Systems communications, education and trainings.

  • Implements site analysis including baseline of operations, financial analysis and continuous
measurement and improvement.

  • Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years' experience
  • Six Sigma / Lean certifications, strongly preferred

Requirements:

  • Required Experience
  • Proven track record of operational execution.
  • Prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal.
  • Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, statistical analysis, and presentation
software.

  • Skills Required
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work within a matrix management environment.
  • Work with mínimal supervision.
