We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Digital Change Management Analyst


The Digital Change Management Analyst supports the Digital Change Management Lead in their accountabilities for delivering Wealth and Personal Banking Digital products to global markets and will support activity required to deliver those accountabilities.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support analysis and production of change impact assessment and Go To Market (GTM) plan
  • Support detailed operational impact assessment
  • Where required, ensure MI & analytics reporting is in place
  • Ensure compliance to any relevant incountry regulatory approvals and governance.
  • Support ongoing adoption and benefits tracking.
  • Support all business readiness activity associated with an individual release of new features (including training, communications, operational impact assessment, procedures, MI, release approach etc.)
  • Support markets with production of internal and external comms, training materials, migration and implementation approach definition, providing consistent support and materials that maximize reuse.
Requirements

  • Experience working with individual countries or a region to support business readiness activity for delivery of digital change.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities, and the ability to lead and influence.
  • Strong planning and governance skills.
  • Subject Matter Expertise of digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in internal/external communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration and implementation planning.
  • Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business.
  • Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues.
  • Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications.
  • Good understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and best practice.
  • Good command of English

Skills

  • Ability to manage more than one feature activation simultaneously.
  • Fulfillment of target activation, tasks and approval on committed plan.
  • Flexibility to manage stakeholders and team members with various work styles, ways of working, and priorities.
