The Coca-Cola Company, a global leader in the beverage industry, is seeking a Logistics Manager, a key member of the CPS Mexico Team.

This role will lead and drive direction of the Transport and Logistics and Development Optimizations functions within.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Development Optimization functions, ensuring alignment with plant and CPS objectives.
  • Responsible for logistics inbound and outbound team and process. Ensuring the area's vision is achieved in full compliance with internal requirements and legal aspects.
  • Lead the incoming and outgoing materials (Ingredients and Finished Product) flow, ensuring all orders placed to suppliers and bottlers are properly transported and available on time.
  • Prepare Business cases whenever legal or taxes issues a rise regarding import or export processes.
  • Ensure compliance to Kore and CAD/Finance Audit for all Transportation and Internal Logistics under CPS Mexico responsibility.
  • Support key financial processes such as accruals and PPV (Purchase Price Variance) analysis.
  • Ensure the CPS Mexico logistics is fully optimized in terms of cost, service level, customer service and carrier footprint.
  • Execute T&L strategy in collaboration with the Global Logistics Managers and coordinators.
  • Manage Carriers and Freight Forwarders (3PL, 4PL) to improve service level, maximize cost reductions and build robust working relationships.
  • Keep proper KPIs for the Logistics inbound and outbound assuring the supply and continues improvement.
  • Lead local negotiations and/or implement global master agreements that result in preferential pricing, terms and conditions informed by Global Transportation team.
  • Ensure proper adoption and operation of the transportation management system (TMS) in the organization.


Execution of IMCR
  • BCP processes. Ensuring the continuity of supply to customers when contingency plans are activated.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Typically requires a University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience
- +3 years' experience in importation, customs, legal requirements related to national and international Transportation, preferably global experience.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a highperforming business environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exposure to new technologies and trends in Logistics.
  • Ability to work within multicultural organization and to leverage diversity.
Travel Requirements

  • This position requires approximately 10% travel within CPS or locally.

Language Requirements:

  • English and Spanish: advanced level
