- Minimal 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food, chemical or engineering company.
- At least master's degree in relevant field of study (Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or other relevant field of study). Remark: Academic degree and work experience can compensate each other.
- Proven leadership track record with several years as a people manager and as a functional manager to lead cross-functional project teams in different locations.
- Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong capabilities in integrating and implementing technology solutions in a supply chain context.
- Proven track record in overseeing multiple technology development and process improvement projects.
- General to extensive knowledge of product and process interaction in dairy production, milk and dairy technology, processing technology, food chemistry, preservation, and packaging.
- Experienced in data analytics techniques to perform data analysis, generate insights, and documentation.
- Ability to implement and manage process improvement program, control processes to ensure food safety and compliance with industry regulations. Certified as green or black belt six sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations, such as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges in food production and processing.
- Efficient time management skills to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry advancements.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

- You will work closely with other departments such as R&D, Make, QA/QC, Digital, Procurement, and Marketing to ensure that technology initiatives are properly integrated into the overall business strategy.
- Coach other colleagues to achieve common goals.
Ensure regulatory compliance:
- You will need to ensure that all your works complies with relevant regulations and standards, such as those related to food safety, quality, and labelling.
- Provide training, coaching, and support:
- You will provide training and support to employees on your expertise field, systems, and tools to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the business.
